Project Manager/Associate Project Manager

We are recruiting a full-time Project Manager who will be responsible for providing communications support for our Strategy team. The candidate will also need to coordinate with different parties to produce publicity materials relating to the projects.

Responsibilities: 

• proposal write-up and pitching, schedule planning, project follow up

• Propose creative ideas / promotional events / activities to clients

• Keep good relationship with clients, internal departments and external parties

• Undertake research and news monitoring in relation to the projects;

• Organise stakeholder engagement activities;

• Coordinate  with different parties internally and externally to achieve the goal of the projects.

Requirements: 

• Proactive, independent and detail-oriented;

• Digital savvy (knowledge on website creation and multimedia is a plus)

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, as well as written Chinese and English; and

• A university graduate with at least 5 years experience in public engagement projects (previous experience in advertising agency is a plus)
