• Coordinate with internal teams and media agency to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns.
• Develop and write compelling ad copies that drive engagement and conversion across Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising platforms.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to build creatives that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate campaign outcomes and propose new strategies for improvement.
• Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and standard methodologies to ensure campaigns remain effective and innovative.
• Support the team in achieving business objectives and driving marketing excellence.
• Perform any ad-hoc digital marketing tasks as the need arises in support of campaign execution, creative development, performance optimization and administration.

Do you have experience in Digital Marketing?

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Ability to write engaging and effective ad copies.
• Experience collaborating on creative development for digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign evaluation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Passionate about driving marketing excellence and achieving outstanding results.
• Creative problem solver with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
