System Analyst (Public Sector)
Our client is a statutory body managing all the government hospitals and institutes in Hong Kong. They are looking for individual talents to join their innovative development team.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the on-going application support, maintenance and enhancements.
Coordinate, monitor and implement IT solutions in the development of application support primary healthcare blueprint.
Liaise with users to collect, analyze and finalize requirement specifications and overall design of the application systems.
Ensure quality assurance, define support needs for users and provide expert level support.
Supervise team of analyst programmers and programmers and monitor progress for the different stages of application development.
Provide capacity planning and resources sizing.
Proper handling of change requests, review of standards and guidelines.
Provide high level system analysis, problem diagnosis and solving.
Ensure smooth systems operation by monitoring systems health, performance, batch processing and supporting facilities around the clock.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;
At least 6 years of working experience with 3 years in system analysis, design, and development of cloud native applications.
Experience in large-scale web application development on cloud platform Using Springboot, NodeJS and ReactJS.
Development experience with Application Server (RedHat Openshift).
Have solid experience in Java (Artifactory and Maven), ReactJS (NPM) application deployment as building tools.
Strong experience in working with Agile methodologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
