System Analyst

Job Duties:

• Responsible for system application design and development
• Manage the overall application development life cycle from user requirement collection to program release
• Collect and analyze user requirements, conduct system functional design, application quality assurance and UAT arrangement 
• Work with a team of system analyst to ensure the application is developed according to functional and programming specification
• Ensure the IT security control and regulatory compliance requirement are included in the related system development 
• Lead and manage IT projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University degree / Higher Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Working experience in personal loan related business is highly preferred
• At least 7 years experience in application development
• Be proficient in functional design, database design, and project management
• Programming knowledge of JAVA or RPG is preferred
• Experienced in Modern Development framework (e.g. Agile, Scrum) and DevSecOp is preferred
• Knowledge of ISO27001 is an advantage 
• Strong in analytical thinking, conceptual thinking and problem-solving
• Teamwork and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
