Supply Chain Assistant

Responsibilities Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to arrange transportation of goods Prepare and verify shipping documents, such as packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations Compile and analyze data related to supply chain activities, such as lead times, shipping costs, and inventory turnover. Communicate order requirements, delivery schedules, and quality expectations. Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding order status, shipping updates, and inventory availability.
