Service Engineer/Network Engineer (Urgent, Up to 42K)

Job Responsibilities

• Support the team to operate managed service solution with incident management, problem management and change management

• Support the team to provide Tier2 technical support for managed service customer

• To liaise with internal department, vendor and customer for deliver managed service

Job Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in supporting managed service project or in-house IT support, vendor support work, Network Operation Center (NOC) or related disciplines

• Good technical knowledge in various brands of networking product and solution such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei, etc.

• Holder of professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, is must

• Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Good customer service and interpersonal skills

• Self motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure

• Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
