Senior Officer, Remittance and Payment Ops - Hays

A Well Established Foreign Bank is looking for Analyst/ Maker to join their Remittance and Cheque Clearing Operations team.

Your new role

• Execute inward and outward remittance processes, as well as cheque clearing and collection.
• Manage daily transactions, including internal transfers, time deposits, cheque deposits, cheque clearing, and FPS.
• Deliver exceptional customer service professionally, including performing callbacks, handling internal and external inquiries, and addressing service requests.
• Process customer instructions such as audit confirmations, and bank confirmations
• Remain vigilant for suspicious money laundering activities by verifying blacklist records.
• Provide administrative support and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

What youll need to succeed

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience with corporate payment/ remittance operations and cheque clearing;
• Bachelor Degree holder with relevant working experience;
• Good command and communication skills in written and spoken Chinese, Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
