Senior Officer - Demand Planning (12-Month Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales forecast of both product and POSM for designated brands to ensure sufficient supply to support the latest sales plan and achieve sales target

• Work closely with brand team to improve inventory management to achieve Demand and Supply Planning KPIs

• Support in the planning, project management and the IBP planning system, including SOP & system related documents

• SAP PO management with overseas suppliers and shipment fulfilment monitoring

• Provide reporting support to facilitate data analysis and decision making

• Support other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business related discipline

• Minimum 2 years related demand forecasting and inventory management experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the attitude of driving for excellence

• Proactive, willing to learn, attention to details, and high sensitivity to numbers

• Mature and able to work independently, with high efficiency

• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English

• PC skills in MC Word, Excel, Power BI and knowledge in SAP is a plus
