Senior Manager - Cloud Infrastructure

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead and scale our clients global cloud infrastructure. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced leader with deep technical expertise across multiple public cloud platforms and a proven record of driving infrastructure transformation across geographically distributed teams.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team of cloud infrastructure engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Assist in the management and operation of infrastructure services, providing support to the team
• Contribute to the implementation of infrastructure strategies and projects
• Help maintain the performance and availability of infrastructure systems while troubleshooting issues
• Collaborate with other teams to understand their infrastructure requirements and support design and/or implementation
• Participate in the implementation of best practices and process improvements within the infrastructure services
• Oversee the design, deployment, and management of scalable infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and other public cloud platforms (GCP experience is a plus)
• Manage cloud networking and containerized environments.
• Implement and optimize DevOps practices such as CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins)
• Serve as a key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
• Champion vendor evaluation and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effective and secure service delivery

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in leading global infrastructure teams
• Deep expertise in AWS and Azure environments; relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, DevOps are highly valued
• Working knowledge of other public cloud platforms such as GCP is an advantage
• Strong command of networking, cloud-native architecture, and modern DevOps methodologies
• Knowledge in cloud platforms, container management (Kubernetes, OpenShift), DevSecOps toolsets, eg. Jenkins, Bitbucket, Gitlab,bAnsible, Terraform would be an advantage.
• Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure supporting mission-critical applications
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
