Credit Rating Internship Program

The Company

China Chengxin (Asia Pacific) Credit Ratings Company Limited (“CCXAP”) was established in Hong Kong under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and received the Type 10 License (Providing Credit Rating Services) from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission on 28 June 2012, becoming the first Chinese credit rating company from China operating in the international market.

The Role

The role will provide you an opportunity to get an inside view of credit rating agency through on-the-job learning opportunities. The internship program is designed for students/graduates who are looking to pursue a career as a credit analyst. Students may be invited back to join the companys entry-level analyst after graduation based on companys needs.

Job Duties

• Assist in reporting, research, presentations and modelling
• Provide timely and accurate quarterly financial statistics and data analysis
• Conduct market and industry research
• Learn and understand ratings criteria and methodology
• General assistance to the team in all execution functions

Qualifications and requirements

• Postgraduate & Undergraduate students in finance, risk management, accounting, business management, economics, mathematics, financial engineering, statistics or related majors;
• Strong quantitative aptitude and qualitative sensitivity;
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese);
• Mature personality with good inter-personal skills;
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
