Assistant Manager/Manager - Product Management, Sales and Advisory, PB

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for product due diligence and product risk ratings reviews and approvals; 

• Conduct ongoing product monitoring and reviews;

• Maintain and ensure completeness of product review documentations and records;

• Develop, maintain and provide support for product due diligence related policies and procedures;

• Produce MIS reports, handle product management data preparation and present the reports;

• Provide support for post-transaction reporting to ensure regulatory compliance as well as provide support for investment and product performance monitoring;

• Manage product set-up and maintenance process;

• Provide full support for all internal / external audits and regulatory inspections as required;

• Participate in projects and system enhancement testing as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines;

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in managing investment products in a private bank;

• End-to-end knowledge of product cycles and understanding of risk management concepts as well as legal and regulatory knowledge; 

• Strong sense of ownership and team spirit as well as a track record of achieving results;

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

  * Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager.
