Draftsman / CAD technician

All rounder with design flair and coordination skills to assist designer in interior design commercial projects in the China/ Asia Pacific region. Opportunity for dynamic individual to grow career with emerging multi-displined design team.

Job Tasks and responsibilities:

• Holder of Diploma in Architectural Design or related fields

• At least 3 years experience in architectural design or CAD drafting gained in local architectural firms (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Draftsman)

• Coordinate CAD drawings for companys Architectural or Interior fit-out projects

• Well-versed with local building regulations, preparation of general building plans and construction drawings

• Control and make sure that the quality of CAD drawings are fulfilled company standard

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiar with Photoshop and Sketch-up or Archicad will be an advantage

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese. Putunhua is a bonus.

• Good communication, organization and problem solving skills
