Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the daily operations of Finance and Accounting Department to ensure timely and accurate reporting

· Formulate and develop goals, strategic plans, and accounting policies and procedures that align with companys financial strategies

· Lead budgeting, forecasting and cost control to analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to the management

· Coordinate SFC regulated activities for the licensed corporation and associated entities and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards

· Train and develop subordinates to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development

· Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing or financial services industry

· Qualified Accountant or equivalent

· Strong understanding in SFO regulations and relevant financial regulations

· Strong communication, analytical and people management skills

· Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must

· Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing

· Experienced in using SUN Accounting System will be an advantage

· Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Financial Controller

· Immediate availability is highly preferred
