Club House Manager - Wong Chuk Hang area

• Oversee the daily operations of the Club House with discretion, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence
• Ensure all areas of the property are consistently maintained to a pristine standard - including light cleaning, tidying, and resetting of spaces
• Manage and personally execute the full service experience during events and meals - from table settings and floral arrangements, to music, ambiance, and liaising with chefs on bespoke menus and wine pairings
• Curate and manage the wine cellar - maintain inventory, ensure proper storage and presentation, and advise on pairings
• Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Prepare the residence in advance of the Principals visits, ensuring every detail is perfect and tailored to his preferences
• Develop a deep understanding of the Principals tastes and lifestyle to deliver anticipatory, personalised service
• Provide support for both local and international events as needed

• A true hospitality enthusiast with a passion for refined living and luxury service
• Strong knowledge of fine wines - WSET certification is a plus
• Proactive, humble, and hands-on - no task is too small
• Meticulous attention to detail and a natural flair for problem-solving
• Highly discreet and intuitive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in luxury hotels, fine-dining establishments, private residences, or members clubs is preferred
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
