What this job involves:

• Ensure the functionality and stability of systems by identifying and implementing improvements, ensuring clear understanding and compliance among team members with policies and procedures.

• Manage team responses to engineering challenges, maintaining key performance indicators

• Ensure risk mitigation plans are in place and compliant with client procedures and policies; maintain accurate engineering reports.

• Monitor critical environment equipment across all sites to ensure smooth operations

• Track review reports and implement improvement plans across sites

• Collaborate with facilities managers to maintain high-quality facilities operations and reliability

• Review planned preventive maintenance programs and align service standards with regional operations procedures

• Promote and implement the "ONEVIEW" system to ensure consistency with regional policies and procedures

• Oversee quality assurance by monitoring M&E systems

• Identify and manage major M&E equipment risks, ensuring accurate data uploads and compliance with audit processes

• Implement and periodically review disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring adherence to escalation procedures

• Participate in project reviews, execution, and documentation, tracking M&E portions of project proposals

• Participate in the technical aspects of M&E portions of project bidding processes

• Organize and maintain project information for future reference

• Oversee engineering-related training for staff members, ensuring compliance with necessary licenses and certifications

• Ensure the quality of management reports through team deliverables and administration of the "ONEVIEW" portal

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

• University degree in engineering or facility management.

• Minimum of eight years of experience in the field.

• Strong understanding of client satisfaction and ability to provide solutions for system improvement and cost savings.

• Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese languages.

• Proactive leadership skills with the ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions.

• Strong interpersonal skills to boost staff satisfaction and morale.
