(Senior) IT Business Analyst - Reporting for ERP System (PH2344-JDB)

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst - Reporting to join on a significant Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) project across Asia. This is contributing to enhance the reporting capabilities across ERP system.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of reports for D365 F&O, ensuring alignment with business needs.

• Collaborate closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and provide guidance on report design and functionality.

• Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting, transforming complex data into actionable insights for both finance and supply chain operations.

• Work with other reporting technologies, such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Microsoft Excel, and Azure Data Factory, to support comprehensive reporting solutions if needs

• Analyze business processes to develop tailored reports

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in reports, facilitating effective communication across teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience in reporting and analytics, particularly with Dynamics 365 F&O and/or leading ERP systems.

• Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).

• Knowledge on Azure Data Platform

• Strong understanding of finance and/or supply chain functions, with the ability to develop the relevant reports.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality reporting solutions.
