School Partnership coordinator (business development)
As our School Partnership Coordinator, you will drive the growth of our school client base by pitching our services, building relationships, and closing partnerships. Youll be the face of our brand to school administrators, ensuring our offerings align with their needs and values.
1. **Prospecting & Outreach**
- Identify and target potential clients through research, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
- Craft tailored emails and proposals to introduce our services.
- Schedule and conduct in-person/online meetings with school decision-makers.
2. **Pitching & Negotiation**
- Deliver compelling presentations to highlight our value proposition
- Address objections and negotiate partnership terms (pricing, timelines, deliverables).
3. **Account Management**
- Maintain long-term relationships with schools, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities (e.g., yearbook photos, event coverage).
- Coordinate with photography teams to ensure flawless service execution.
4. **Market Intelligence**
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to refine strategies.
- Gather school feedback to improve service offerings.
**What Were Looking For**
- **Must-Have Skills**
- 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development (education sector experience preferred).
- Fluency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
- Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills.
- **Nice-to-Have**
- Existing network in Hong Kongs school community.
- Basic photography knowledge (to articulate technical advantages).
- **Personality Traits**
- Confident, proactive, and resilient.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
