About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Welink Technologies Solutions Limited. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business development and expanding our client base in the Kwai Hing Kwai Tsing District.

What youll be doing

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in line with the companys growth strategy

  • Developing and implementing effective sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of exceptional products and services

  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business prospects

  • Providing regular sales reports and performance analysis to the management team

  • Coaching and mentoring the sales team to drive their professional development

What were looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management or new business development role, preferably in the technology industry

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments

  • Proficiency in data analysis and generating sales reports

  • Experience in Smart Building Solutions / Digital Monitoring Systems would be an advantage

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong commercial acumen

  • Fresh graduates and less experience will be considered for Sales Executive
