Sales Coordinator (5Days Work)
Responsibilities:
- Manages the shipment
- Responsible for Sales order processing and follow up
- To perform general office work
- Work closely with both internal and external parties;
- To provide high quality customer service to our clients
- To handle other ad hoc tasks and participate in other projects whenever necessary
Requirements:
- F. 6 or above;
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing;
- At least 3 years of working experience in shipping or logistics field is preferred;
- Stable, independent, proactive, meticulous, flexible and able to work under pressure;
- Immediate available is an advantage
