Sales Administrator
Prepare and manage pre-sales and after-sales paperwork (e.g., contracts, invoices, proposals).
Assist in creating and formatting client presentations (PPT) for meetings.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for sales documents.
Coordinate sample shipments to clients, liaising with internal teams and couriers.
Schedule and manage the sales teams calendar, including client meetings and follow-ups.
Track and update sales numbers, client records, and pipeline data in CRM or spreadsheets.
Generate basic sales reports and dashboards for team review.
Act as a bridge between sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Handle ad-hoc tasks to support the sales teams efficiency.
Prior experience in sales support, administration, or coordination is preferred.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and email platforms.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under deadlines.
