Retail Officer Trainee Program (Sales Focus)

This Program is designed to nurture high-caliber individuals for becoming our Professional Financial Services Specialists in the future.

We are looking for those who possess the following qualities:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5; Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 4 with less than 2 years working experience will be considered;
• Passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4) will be an advantage.
• Mature, strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication skill
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• ECF achievement is the definite advantage
• Fresh university graduates are welcome
