Public Relation Officer

Job Responsibility Corporate Communications Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote the groups brand and values across various online and offline channels. Create bilingual multimedia content for press releases, internal communications, presentations, brochures, social media presence and other marketing materials. Edit and proofread materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the brands voice. Media Relations Establish and maintain media relationships with traditional and online media. Conduct news monitoring and prepare reports Research, media monitoring and preparing reports. Event Management Initiate, plan and execute corporate events, including but not limited to seminars and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Evaluate event effectiveness through feedback and metrics to inform future planning. Identify and engage KOL for online promotion collaborations. Plan and implement media events and online influencer marketing initiatives. Crisis Management Develop and implement crisis communication plans, ensuring timely and effective responses to any issues that may arise. Monitor public sentiment and media coverage, providing recommendations to management as needed. Job Requirements Degree holder in Communications / Public Relations or equivalent. 2-3 years experience in corporate communications, handling media relations and organizing press functions Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail Knowledgeable about social media platforms and highly proficient with content creation tools Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders Less experienced candidates may be considered for the Corporate Communications Executive position, with a greater focus on providing administrative support All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
