Responsibilities : Suggest creative ideas to enhance corporate image Assist to set up operational procedures and goals so that staff are motivated to perform their duties and contribute to the team To analyze financial figures and evaluate market trends Assist and motivate operations manager to develop and plan periodic, seasonal and festive menus to meet customer desires Review the operation processes to control costs, improve productivity and efficiency Assist in marketing and promotions of outlets To work closely with all functional teams to drive business results.
