Program Officer

AFS Intercultural Exchanges is the Hong Kong partner of a global non-profit organization founded in 1915 and operating in nearly 60 countries to provide intercultural experiences. As a global leader in intercultural education, we are now seeking a Program Officer to support our new programs and development projects. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager / Executive Director, the key responsibilities of Program Officer: Assist in the planning and development of year and summer programs Coordinate projects and organize events Provide administrative support to stakeholder activities Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of stakeholder database Assist in the implementation of new IT project Liaison with external parties, including volunteers, parents, schools, and students Other ad-hoc tasks as required Requirements: Bachelor degree with 5 to 8 years of working experience Love to work with people especially parents, students, and volunteers Self-motivated, able to work independently and work as a team Able to work independently and during non-office hours as required (evenings and over the weekends) Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in computer literacy and applications including MS Office and preferably Sales Force Benefits and others: Life insurance, medical insurance, performance bonus, annual and compensation leave, 5-day work Application: Interested parties please send your full resume to [email redacted, apply via Company website].
