Key Responsibilities

  • Provide insights and recommendations on operations, management, planning and development of the school.

  • Build and maintain relationships with parents, community organizations, and local businesses to promote school initiatives and secure resources.

  • Provide professional development and support to teachers and staff, enhancing their skills and effectiveness in the classroom.

  • Analyze student performance data to identify areas for improvement and track the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years in educational consulting, school administration, or a related field. Experience in primary education is highly desirable.
