POS Support Engineer

Summary:

We are currently seeking talented candidates as a POS Support, to be worked for the top tier retail shop in Hong Kong. My client is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence and their business is currently seeking for a great attitude candidates to join their team.

Job Description:

• To support in-store system testing including POS and other operation systems, prepare test cases and validate results • Support POS issues and related store technologies as a part of the Service Desk • Handle project areas related to POS covering project planning and rollout of (POS) • Prepare incident report and provide suggestion for improvement • To assist in User Acceptance Test for POS and all in-store systems, and to ensure the provision of efficient and effective services to both internal and external users • Carry out hardware Install, Moves, Add and Changes • Quickly and accurately understand, diagnose and provide simple solutions to customers • Updating, maintaining inventory records on hardware & software

Job Requirement:

• F.5 or above • 1 year working experience on IT Services or Engineering would be advantage • Knowledge of LAN / WAN and TCP / IP maintenance and troubleshooting • Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem solving • Fresh graduates with good attitude will also be considered • On-work training will be provided for less experienced candidates
