Role Purpose:

As a Performance Marketing Officer, youll create and optimize online advertising campaigns to achieve company targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute online advertising strategies across multiple brands.

  • Manage and optimize daily marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), display ads, YouTube ads, and mobile app advertising.

  • Generate reports with actionable insights and recommendations using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Trends, and other data platforms.

  • Monitor and assess online marketing campaign effectiveness.

  • Meet and exceed campaign key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Work with internal teams to create and refine advertising materials.

  • Contribute to marketing projects that enhance digital performance.

  • Experience with Baidu, ByteDance, Huawei, WeChat platforms, Looker Studio, and basic SQL is a plus.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an agency or in-house marketing role preferred

  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills

  • Proven expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Adobe Analytics, and Looker Studio; BigQuery experience is a plus

  • Solid understanding of the property market

  • Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities
