This is an excellent opportunity to join a renowned & expanding U.S. brand. The role could provide a gratifying chance for you and your career. They are looking for a (Senior) Merchandiser for their Packaging team.

A typical day will include the following:-

1. Develop and execute packaging sourcing strategies, ensuring high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.
2. Lead vendor onboarding and certification processes, maintaining compliance with sustainability and quality standards.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement packaging policies, manage KPIs, and support corporate sustainability goals.
4. Oversee end-to-end packaging development from concept to delivery, including technical guidance and supplier training.
5. Stay updated on packaging trends and technologies, and build strong partnerships across sourcing, buying, product development, and legal teams.

To succeed in this role, you will have:-

• 5+ years experience in the packaging field with knowledge of packaging design and expertise in sourcing and costing of sustainable packaging components, raw material, supply chain or product sustainability experience preferred

You must have:-

• Fluent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
