Operations & Logistics Officer

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.

Requirements:

• Support inventory management and warehousing.

• Assist in formulating distribution center strategies to optimize warehouse utilization.

• Enhance operational processes and activities to improve productivity and reduce costs.

• Coordinate logistics operations, including local distribution and international freight.

• Review and monitor operational processes in compliance with regulations and internal policies.

• General administration of warehouse equipment and resources, including arrangement for facilities and equipment repairs.

• Liaise with relevant functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business solutions, including customer service, finance, sales, and more.

• Provide regular performance reports and handle ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma/certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related field.

• Proven hands-on experience in warehouse, logistics and supply chain fields.

• Think outside the box to reengineer the traditional process.

• Experience in F&B or related industry is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

• Fluent in Cantonese and good command of written and spoken English is a must.
