Network Engineer

The Role:

• Monitor, maintain and optimize WAN, LAN, WIFI for optimal performance and maximum availability

• Onsite troubleshoot, evaluate and resolve SDWAN / LAN / WIFI performance and capacities issues

• Perform WAN / LAN / WIFI / Firewall / other Network related configuration and backups

• Troubleshoot and optimize WAN circuits with upstream provider

• Supervise contractors for fiber cable and block wiring installation

• Prepare and update network documentation and diagrams 

The Person:

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering

• At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in enterprise network or WiFi support

• Good knowledge in Layer 2/3 networking, routing protocols, firewalls and WiFi controllers

• Knowledge of GPON broadband and fiber optic systems

• Holders of Ciscos CCNA and Fortinet NSE 3 related certificates are preferred

• A good team player with good communication skills and able to work under pressure

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Occasional work in non-office hour for maintenance or on-site support
