About the company: Our client is a Japanese company specializing in financial system development and consulting. They are now seeking a Native Japanese Manager to join their team.

Position:  Japanese speaking Manager (Customer Success Team)

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui

Working Hour: Mon- Fri, 9:00-18:00

Salary: depends on experience



Job Responsibilities: 

・Supervise Customer Success Team (responsible for customer support services)

・Perform remittance support, email & live chat support 

・Support Japanese clients account opening 

・Use the internal system to carry out the deposit/withdrawal process

・Providing training and support to team members

Requirement / Experience:

・3 years or above experience in team management

・Proficient in MS Office

・Native-level in Japanese, Native Japanese are also welcome

・Experience in finance/system/fintech is an advantage

・Willing to travel for business (1-2 times per year)
