Assistant Technical Manager (Electrical Engineering)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, coordinate and supervise the maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of Electrical and BMS Systems

• Prepare tender documents and undertake contract administration of maintenance projects

• Handle budget management and cost control for electrical and BMS-related activities

• Explore energy-saving opportunities and implement energy efficiency measures to optimize resource consumption

• Monitor projects completed timely and efficiently at a reasonable cost and in compliance with electrical codes, regulations and safety standards

• Evaluate the performance of nominated contractors and enhance safety consciousness

• Prepare for emergency calls on reinstatement of Electrical Power System

• Conduct regular inspections, identify potential issues and recommend solutions

• Maintain ISO (IMS) Standard and achieve ISO certification in daily operation

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering

• At least 7 years solid experience in Electrical / Building Services Engineering industry, of which 2 years at supervisory level

• Holder of Registered of Electrical Worker (REW) (Grade B0), having Grade H0 will be an advantage

• Strong academic technical background and technical know-how of H.V. / L.V. Electrical Distribution System and Central Chiller Plant System

• Experience in handling sizable Electrical Power System

• Good interpersonal communication skills, independent working

• Optimistic, precise and logical thinking
