We are now looking for a talented Marketing & Promotions Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Marketing & Promotions Manager, the incumbent will assist in all CRM campaigns from the proposal, communication development & execution to post-campaign result evaluation. They will handle the daily operation of CRM Programme and helping the data analysis as well as taking part in system enhancement projects of the CRM programme. Besides, they will assist in CRM project development on process automation and customer journey mapping, and work closely with other departments to ensure the operation & CRM strategy works well.

• Assist in all CRM campaigns, from proposal development and communication to execution and post-campaign result evaluation

• Manage the daily operations of the CRM program, including data analysis and involvement in CRM system enhancement projects

• Aid in CRM project development involving process automation and customer journey mapping

• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation and effectiveness of the CRM strategy

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years experience in CRM, customer related analytic projects, loyalty marketing etc., preferably with previous exposure in shopping malls/retail

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end CRM marketing campaign execution, , offer liaison with tenants, operation, data analysis and customer segmentation from retail industry

• Good understanding on customer journey and sensible to improve customer experience

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Achieves results, even under tough circumstances

• Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people across levels, functions, culture, and geography
