My client is looking for high caliber to join as a HK & Macau Market Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for target setting and profile management of HK and Macau market.
• Develop and further expand direct sales channels and teams.
• Plan and lead local marketing promotion campaigns.
• Manage and improve local team, including sales & marketing, CS, operations, etc.
• Modify sales system to cope with the changes in the market.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• 15 years experience in direct sales industry, including managerial experience.
• Possess strong business sense. Highly analytical person preferred.
• Self-initiated and able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong at leadership and people management skills.
• Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). 
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
