Japanese speaking E-commerce Manager (Flexible/Performance bonus)

Our client, Japanese company, is looking for a Japanese speaking E-Commerce Manager. 

( Flexible/ Performance bonus) 

Responsibilities

- Knowledge of e-commerce operations

• Understands the fundamentals of generating metrics in e-commerce.

• Able to collect and analyze historical and current data, implement the PDCA cycle, and develop future strategies.

• Experience in managing platforms and sales (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Rakuten).

• Background in web marketing and sales promotion.

-Knowledge of international transactions, including customs procedures

• Knowledge of overseas logistics, such as dealing with customs and problems.

• Understands the information required on invoices for import and export.

• Understands the documentation needed for customs processes.

• Negotiates with carriers and insurance companies when problems occur.

• Capable of make appropriate judgments when cases occur in overseas platform.

Requirements

-Diploma or above in E-Commence, Marketing or related discipline 

-2~3 years experience in e-commerce management , with experience in luxury brands being a plus.

-Knowledge of international issues such as dealing with customs is required.

-Good command in written and spoken English , Cantonese and Japanese(N2~).

-Immediate availability is highly preferred
