Creative Director (Banking and Finance)

We are looking for a Creative Director who will act as the project manager and team leader of a Presentations design team. You are responsible for the quality of the work produced and delivery of product that match the creative vision of the client.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees the production process of highly customized client branded PowerPoint Presentations

• Communicate with client to understand project needs and present ideas

• Conceive and design style frames and storyboards for pre-visualizations

• Conceptualize and execute high-quality visuals for clients

• Manage project timeline 

• Work with other designers to create and design high-caliber graphics and other visuals

• Bring forward new and unique ideas and approaches

• Interact with different levels of management, production and design teams

• Liaise and work with overseas design teams for collaboration

Job Requirements:

• Master or Degree holder in Art or Design or related discipline

• 10+ years experience in Corporate Design is preferred

• Mastery of Adobe Software

• Ability to prioritize under tight time constraints and to work successfully in a fast-paced environment

• Effective interpersonal skills across teams and when liaising with clients

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of designing for print and print formats

• Ownership of projects, with the ability to carry out projects from concept to delivery

• Understanding of narrative structure and storytelling

• Typographic sensitivity

• Possession of great presentation skills - both in creation and verbalization

• Understand and apply current design trends
