Lung King Heen Server / Captain

What you will do:

• Offer vivid descriptions of menu items origin, taste and preparation methods
• Communicate guest orders or requests to the kitchen
• Deliver food items to guests in a timely manner
• Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions and respond appropriately to guest concerns and requests
• Close guest checks, process cash and credit card payments
• Clean and set up tables and food stations
• Provide training to new join server and demonstrate the quality of service

What you bring:

• 3 year of experience in hospitality/restaurant/bar is preferred
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Flexible to work on several shift duties
• Positive attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
