Support Officer - Hays

Job Description:

• Assist with daily sales support to ensure the sales process is smooth (e.g. quotation, sales campaign, renewal, policy change, policy termination, arrange medical check-ups for customers, etc.)
• Follow up with customers for outstanding documents via outbound call, email, SMS and ensure the processes are meet agreed Turn Around Time
• Handling customer enquiries from email and/ or CE Team, and working with internal departments (e.g. New Business and Underwriting, Customer Engagement, Life Administration, Finance, etc.) of both GI and Life insurance businesses for the enquiry
• Provide administrative work to Direct Channel Team (e.g. Mailing out documents, updating control log sheets for policy status and statistical figures, collecting premiums through a credit card machine)
• Perform data analysis for sales performance
• Assist in monitoring platform stability issues and performing follow-up action for the issues
• Assist in improving customer experience during the purchase process of Direct Channel Team
• Assist Team Head with ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree Holder
• Minimum 2 years of solid Customer Service/ Sales experience within the insurance field
• General knowledge of both GI and Life business operations
• Certificate qualification in IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Fluent Chinese, English and Putonghua in written and speaking
• Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
