Logistics Assistant Manager - Sales & Customer Support

Were hiring a Logistics Assistant Manager for Sales & Customer Support for a global logistics company in Hong Kong. This role combines sales support and customer support — perfect for someone who enjoys working with clients and making sure shipments run smoothly.

Job Duty:

• Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, trucking and warehouse vendors to request space and negotiate service rates

• Prepare quotations and pricing proposals for both B2B and B2C clients

• Support internal sales team in arranging international shipments (air & sea import/export)

• Communicate with clients to handle enquiries, provide updates, and ensure service satisfaction

• Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on any issues or delays

• Maintain accurate data entry in internal systems (e.g. CargoWise) and assist with billing and invoicing

• Research transport regulations in different countries and provide necessary information

• Attend internal/external meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

• 4+ years experience in freight forwarding OR logistics, OR supply chain management

• Good knowledge of air OR ocean freight operations (import/export)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Native Cantonese, Business Level of English, Conversational of Mandarin is REQUIRED. Japanese language ability is NOT A MUST.

• Hands-on, flexible, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment

• Familiarity with CargoWise is highly preferred

• Double pay + Bonus

• Annual Leave 10 days - 20 days
