What youll do:

  • Prepare and verify the accuracy of yearly/quarterly financial records in a timely manner.

  • Review and verify the payroll for personal tax filing or IR56B yearly.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their accounting-related queries and concerns. 

  • Identify inefficiencies in accounting processes and propose solutions for streamlining workflows.

Who you are:

  • Candidates should either have a Degree/ Diploma in Accountancy (HKICPA/ACCA/CPAA certificate a plus). 

  • 2-3 years of experience in professional firm will be an added advantage

  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills. 

  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

  • Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and keep things moving and juggle multiple tasks. 

  • Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others.
