- We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING SALES COORDINATOR - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Business Development Team of 20 members
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sales companies, distributors, and internal department
- Proactively follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure satisfaction
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Manage customer inquiries, sales orders, forecasts and database updates, coordinating sales and marketing activities
- Prepare sales budgets, reports, analyses and business proposals/presentations
- Occasional business trip
- Degree holder
- 3+ years of experience in sales administration or sales support
- Experience in consumer electronics, smart home or gadgets is a plus
- Experience in the Japanese and Korean markets is a plus
- Proficient in Japanese, English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, including Power Pivot, Word and PowerPoint)
- Positive, engaging personality with strong drive and customer-oriented mindset
- 5 days work
