Assistant Procurement Officer 助理採購主任

The RoleThe job holders major responsibilities are to: 

• Implement procurement process in accordance with the established procurement policy and procedure

• Communicate with users on procurement matters; prepare RFQ and tender, price summaries, contracts and purchase orders; liaise with vendors in the procurement of goods and services; analyze procurement data and compile reports; provide administrative support and carry out other duties as assigned. 

The PersonThe ideal candidate should have / be: 

• Degree or diploma holder in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Familiar with procurement policies, process and procedures

• Experience in using SAP is an advantage

• Strong initiative, integrity and sense of responsibility

• Proactive work attitude with multi-tasking capability

• Good analytical skills and attentive to details

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
