Ecommerce Sales Executive (Carpark Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Implement effective sales strategies for Lets Park online channels to achieve revenue targets

• Manage daily customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction

• Monitor performance metrics, including sales revenue, conversion rates, customer engagement and ROI to refine strategies

• Conduct in-depth sales analyses, compile detailed reports and deliver actionable presentations to inform strategic decisions

• Identify and explore new sales channels, marketing partnerships and promotional events to drive revenue growth

• Collaborate with marketing teammates to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and customer engagement efforts

• Support ad-hoc sales-related projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

• 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce sales or rental marketing

• Strong knowledge of digital sales platforms, online retail operations and e-commerce marketing strategies

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and using sales performance tools

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
