IT Technician (AI)

Responsibilities:

• Develop computer vision applications (e.g., object detection, tracking, spatial analysis)

• Build and integrate large language models (LLMs) for summarization, question answering, and internal knowledge tools

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance document understanding and answer precision

• Integrate LLMs with automation tools (e.g., n8n, Python workflows, RESTful APIs) into business processes

• Develop and maintain centralized backend systems for managing multiple AI devices

• Design and implement communication protocols (WebSocket, MQTT, HTTP) for real-time data transmission and remote control

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Electronic Engineering, or related fields

• Proficient in Python and familiar with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Transformers, OpenCV)

• Hands-on experience with modern LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, LLaMA, Gemma, Claude)

• Solid understanding of computer vision concepts and implementations

• Familiar with automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) or custom integration workflows

• Working knowledge of network protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, WebSocket)

• Experience with backend or centralized device control systems is a strong advantage
