Senior Facility Officer

Job Responsibilities

-         Coordinate renovation and partial revamp projects for all shops, warehouse and office.

-         Manage existing shop relocation, reinstatement, repair, and maintenance tasks

-         Arrange material and equipment delivery to designated sites in a timely manner

-         Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution of work

-         Source fitting-out materials and equipment, including from online platforms such as Taobao

-         Supervise on-site progress and provide regular updates to management

-         Support any ad hoc projects

Requirements:

-         Associate degree/High diploma or above in related discipline

-         Experience in renovation, facility management, or related fields preferred

-         Strong communication and coordination skills

-         Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

-         Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing)

-         Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

-         Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable

-         Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Facility Manager
