Fashion Designer

• Design Development: Create full ranges of swimwear and lingerie products, from concept to 3D sampling, incorporating trend research and customer requirements.

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with international clients design teams to understand and translate their vision into manufacturable designs.

• Visual Communication: Deliver engaging design presentations to customers and create detailed tech packs and mood boards.

• Project Management: Track and follow up on sample development and new design projects from ideation to pre-production.

• Market Research: Analyze fashion trends and commercial needs to inform design decisions and stay ahead of the curve.

• Technical Expertise: Utilize and stay updated on the latest 3D design tools and techniques in the fashion industry.

• Team Support: Contribute to ad-hoc projects and assist with various design-related tasks as assigned by management.

• Design Education: Graduates in Digital Fashion or Fashion Design, with a strong foundation in fashion principles and techniques.

• Industry Experience: Candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience are preferred, but those with less experience are also encouraged to apply for Assistant Designer positions.

• Swimwear Expertise: Knowledge of swimwear or sportswear design is highly valued, but candidates with broader fashion design experience are also welcome.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D virtual apparel software (e.g., CLO, Browzwear, Optitex) is essential for success in this role.

• Creative Mindset: A strong fashion sense, creativity, and the ability to work independently are crucial for this position.

• Communication Skills: Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required for effective collaboration with international clients and factory teams.

• Adaptability: Candidates should be self-motivated, able to meet tight deadlines, and willing to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

• Travel Availability: Occasional travel to China factories and overseas client meetings is required, so flexibility for business trips is important.
