Human Resources Operation Lead

Human Resources Operation Lead (HC: 3,000) 

The ideal candidate should be a team player and business partner who excels at building and maintaining strong relationships and fostering a positive atmosphere with both internal and external stakeholders. They should be adaptable and willing to embrace new technologies and changes in the workplace, including proficiency in SAP and AI presentation software.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processes with a solid understanding of HK & PRC Employment Law,   

• Delivery of the entire employee life cycle from recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,  

• Manage and revamp the HR operations team and provide guidance and support to ensure high performance,

• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to track progress and success, develop proposals for senior management,

• Assist with staff development initiatives, and develop and execute operational strategies to enhance the capacity of our program staff,   

• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance on performance management processes, as well as lead HR initiatives such as implementing new HR systems, restructuring teams, and acting as a change agent to manage change initiatives,        

• Maintain effective communication and a high level of engagement within the HR workforce. 

 Qualifications required for the role include:

• A bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field,         

• At least 15 years of experience in HR operations,         

• Experience in using HR Information Systems is a must (specifically SAP),         

• Proficiency in Excel and formatting HR metrics and strong presentation skills,         

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the agility to change and a proactive attitude in embracing new ways of working,         

• Willing to work outdoors & weekends for external affairs.
