I.T. Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to all staff, addressing hardware and software issues promptly

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, including PCs, Macs, laptops, and popular software applications

• Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems

• Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking and procurement and assist IT documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives

• Manage user accounts, including setup, password resets, and access permissions

• Collaborate with senior IT staff on larger projects and issues as needed

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or a related field, bringing relevant knowledge to the role

• Competence in both Windows and Mac environments to assist users effectively

• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently

• Good communication abilities in English, Cantonese. Fluent in Putonghua will be an advantage

• Mature, agile and demonstrate a positive mindset

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred and fresh graduates are welcome
