Senior System Analyst, System Development & Support Department (IT Division)

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business needs with users.

• Ensure development work follow department standard and guideline.

• Review and comment on the various project / change request documentation.

• Manage the vendor to implement solution as documented and tested.

• Ensure the software development progresses according to schedule and participate in program development when necessary to meet the predefined development schedule.

• Provide technical support on production system and implementation rollout of new systems.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Engineering related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years working experience in IT.

• Experience in Software development life cycle.

• With knowledge of Credit Card Management System / Card Schemes compliances is an advantage.

• Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.

• Knowledge of AS400 is a preferable but not a must, proficient in SQL usage.

• Banking / Financial industry experience is preferable.

• Sound communication and presentation skills with good command of written and verbal English.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
