Job Descriptions
- Assist pharmacy team in drug procurement and inventory-related operations and other assigned duties
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock-take at designated pharmacy locations
- Maintain product, inventory and purchasing database in the Hospital Information System
- Perform stock transfer, drug ordering and receiving, billing, data entry and/or analysis, and other clerical and administrative duties in supporting daily pharmacy operation
- Shift duty may be required
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least an accredited associate degree or an accredited higher diploma in relevant or related discipline from a Hong Kong tertiary institution
- Training in Dispensing Studies / Pharmaceutical Technology or equivalent will be an advantage
- Relevant hospital or clinic work experience will be an advantage
- Proficient in oral and written English and Chinese
- Responsible, reliable and a good team player
